If I were going to do it I would buy some SB2.2 stuff. Right now you can buy heads that flow low 400's off RJ pretty cheap. That is unless your really stuck on 15* heads. Just my .02 cents...

For the particular class I want to compete in a big block is not optimum. I agree a big block is capable of making more power.

I'm not sold on the SB2 stuff yet but I really don't know much about it. My goal is to make 850 hp N/A with a nitrous combination under 420 ci..

I flowed some pretty killer AJPE 12* heads last year that were done for a drag application. Flowed almost 420...just a killer piece...but big money too.

I agree with 2000z sb2's are pretty tough to beat. Edelbrock will be releasing there version soon,they will be cheaper than the GM model.

I've got a set of 13' Darts (central Pa dirt LM) in the shop now done by MBE nicest cnc port work i've seen to date. you can also get them in a 15.

After looking at many cylinder heads this weekend I think I found a set that will work. Btw what are the double camel humps for?
